December 21st Meeting

At our meeting on the 21st, we will again be creating and playing games using the website Sploder.com.

First, you will need to create an account so that you can save your games.  Please use your @ga.hiltoncsd.net email and password so we can look it up if you forget it.

November 30th Meeting

October 26th Meeting

At our meeting on October 26th we will be doing some human and computer programming!  Bring a friend to be your "human computer" that you can program to move around the room.

We will also be creating our own game or animation story using your choice of images (sprites).

September 28th Meeting

At our first meeting we will be exploring how a computer thinks.  You will be participating in an activity to "program" a human "computer".

At our meeting, we will be trying a new game called RoboZZle.  You need to program solutions to the puzzles to collect all of the stars.

May 11th Meeting

At our meeting, we will be learning to write a little batch script.  And we will continue playing CodeCombat.

Another fun option is Code Hunt.

March 30th Meeting

At our next meeting on March 30th we will be learning to code Javascript by playing a game called CodeCombat.

February 9th Meeting

At our next meeting on February 9th we will be programming robots!  Bring your iPad so that you can program the code for each one.

January 19th

Since our December meeting was cancelled due to weather, we'll be creating this game on the 19th of January instead.

At this meeting we'll be making a "Space Shooter" video game.  We will be writing code to animate objects and make a scrolling shooter game.
